We were advertising a holiday drive to get office employees to donate a portion of their salary to charity. We wanted to influence people to "pay it forward" so we created this experiential ad campaign, inspired by the artist Barbara Kruger, which blanketed the entire office. Our thought was that just because someone’s rich doesn’t mean they’re happy, which was a timely reflection of '03 when this campaign was created: Enron, Paris Hilton’s sex tape, Martha Stewart's indictment and Liza Minnelli divorcing her husband after their short and crazy nuptials.
